Bio
If you're tired of being the strong one-the one who keeps it all together while quietly coming undone inside-this may be the space for you. Maybe you've been the caretaker, the achiever, the steady shoulder for everyone else, yet somewhere along the way, you began to feel unseen in your own life. The anxiety, the burnout, the questions of identity and worth-sometimes they all whisper the same longing: "When will it be my turn to be held?"
What you're craving isn't just relief, but renewal. To feel grounded in your body, to trust your voice, to let old wounds breathe and finally begin to close. To move from performing life to actually living it.
This is the work I hold sacred-helping adults untangle the weight of trauma, draw boundaries that protect their piece, and remember the worth that's been theirs all along. My approach is trauma informed, psychodynamic, and culturally responsive-guided by authenticity, liberation, and deep self-compassion.
Therapy with is not about fixing what's "broken." It's about reclaiming your rhythm, your voice, your power. You don't have to walk this path alone. If you're ready for more than coping-for transformation-I'd be honored to walk alongside you.
